Before you book

Before you send a project

We are renovating, not building. Is this for us?
Yes. It works the same way. Tell us the rooms you are redoing and the finishes that are staying, and we will recommend papers that suit them.
We have already chosen paint and panelling. Can we still add wallpaper?
Yes. Wallpaper is usually added to selected walls or rooms, not the whole house, so it can sit alongside paint and panelling you have already chosen. Share your paint colours and where the panelling runs, and we will recommend papers that suit them and the places wallpaper will add the most, such as above panelling, a feature wall, a powder room or a ceiling. If a paper you love does not suit a finish, we will say so and show you alternatives.
How far ahead should we order?
Most papers ship within three to five weeks of your order. We suggest ordering six weeks before your installer needs the paper, and booking the consult two weeks before that, so there is time for samples.
I am not near New York. Does that matter?
No. The consult is a call, samples are shipped to you, and we deliver anywhere in the U.S.
How does the $50 credit work?
You pay $50 to book the consult. When you place a wallpaper order, the $50 is taken off the total. The fee is non-refundable if you do not order.
Do you install?
No. Your builder's or contractor's wallpaper installer does the installation. We give them what they need to quote and install: how the paper is applied, the roll size and the pattern repeat.
Can you design the whole room?
Yes, as an add-on. Our Virtual Interior Design service covers furniture, lighting and fabric for a room, priced by room size.
How does volume pricing work?
Volume pricing is available to builders and developers. It is quoted against your project: the papers, the rooms and the number of homes or units. Send the project and we will reply with pricing by email.
What are the lead times?
Most papers ship within three to five weeks of your order. For larger orders, the lead time is confirmed with your quote, before you commit.
Do you install?
No. Your wallpaper installer does the installation. We give them what they need to quote and install: how the paper is applied, the roll size and the pattern repeat.
Can you deliver to a job site?
Yes. Give us the site address and a contact for delivery, and we will ship there. We deliver anywhere in the U.S.
