The Design Process

Step 1 – Book Your Room Design

Select your room size and check out to reserve your spot. We take a limited number of projects each month to ensure a high-touch experience.

Step 2 – Collaborate with the Founder

Within 1 business day, you’ll receive a style questionnaire and a link to schedule your virtual consult with the VRSA Founder. Together, you’ll review your photos, measurements, and inspiration images to set the vision.

Step 3 – Receive Your Complete Design Package

Within 14 days of your consult, you’ll receive your moodboard, floor plan or layout notes, curated shopping list, and styling tips — ready for you to bring to life.

How does the VRSA Virtual Interior Design service work?

Once you book your room design, you’ll receive a style questionnaire and a link to schedule your virtual consult with the VRSA Founder. We’ll review your photos, measurements, and inspiration images together, then deliver your complete design package within 14 days of your consult.

What’s included in the service?

Each package includes one moodboard per room with 1 revision, floor plan or layout notes, a curated shopping list with VRSA exclusives and designer-approved finds, exclusive trade discounts, and access to bespoke procurement for one-of-a-kind pieces.

What’s not included?

We don’t provide 3D renders, physical installation, detailed floor plans or contractor drawings, or renovation specifications. Our role is to give you the creative vision, sourcing, and guidance only. 

Can I book multiple rooms?

Yes. You can add as many room sizes as you’d like to your cart. For open-concept spaces, we recommend booking based on the total square footage of the combined areas.

How do I know what room size to select?

Use our size guide:

Small: Up to 200 sq ft (e.g., powder room, petite entryway, balcony)

Medium: 201–350 sq ft (e.g., bedroom, home office, breakfast room)

Large: 351–500 sq ft (e.g., open-plan living/dining, large bedroom)

Extra Large: 501–750 sq ft (e.g., great room, combined kitchen/dining)

What if I need more revisions?

Additional revisions can be purchased at $150 each.

Do you offer in-person services?

Our core offer is virtual to serve clients anywhere. If you’re interested in in-person design in the NYC area, email hello@shopvrsa.com to inquire about availability.

How soon can I start?

We take a limited number of projects each month to ensure each client gets a high level of attention. Booking early is recommended to secure your spot.

Can you incorporate my existing furniture and decor?

Absolutely. Many of our clients already have pieces they love, and we design around them to create a cohesive, elevated look. During your consult, we’ll review photos and details of the items you’d like to keep, then layer in new elements — from textiles and lighting to art and accessories — to complete the space.

What exactly will I receive?
